The Sims 3 – Building a House 17 – Avalon Grande – Part 2 – Landscaping/ Architecture

The link to download this house is over here: www.thesims3.com Hooray for crap planning! Hooray for NO planning in fact! thanks to the CFE I cant place tiling in front of the door so I placed a rug there to cover the grass… I’m still unhappy with the colours and I’ll keep playing around with them once I’ve got the basic colour scheme for the entire lot right. Also, apparently using MO makes objects sink through the ground or something, and the architecture isn’t the greatest either, I should’ve mention earlier that the house is for 7 sims; mum, dad, 3 girls and 2 boys. As you can tell by that pillar on the ground floor, I’m using the island counter thing, I may also clean up the rooms because I wasn’t really thinking when I was placing them. I need a name for the house too, suggestions? Real suggestions? Avalon Grande took 9-10 hours to build altogether and costs $308 000 furnished and $151 unfurnished. =] Enjoy!!!
